Broccoli is currently in short supply and high in price due to limited availability in the market. As an excellent alternative, consider Fioretto, which we have on special for $24 per box this fortnight!
Additionally, Limes are also in short supply due to spring flowering issues. If possible, substitute with Lemons, which are more readily available.

Yuzu and Bergamot are now in season, offering a burst of vibrant & citrusy flavour. Yuzu, known for its unique tartness and floral notes, is excellent for sauces, dressings and desserts.
Bergamot, with its aromatic and slightly bitter profile, shines in marmalades, infused oils, and as a zest in gourmet dishes.

The new season of Australian-grown Navel Oranges has begun! These Oranges will get progressively sweeter as the weather cools down, and the price will also fall as we move further into the season.
