Another episode of “Grassroots Cooking” has landed. Sydney Direct Fresh Produce owner Luke Kohler surprises another chef with a box of seasonal and local produce.

In this episode, Mike McEnearney is put through his paces as he rustles up two tasty brunch dishes in his 10-minute countdown.

Using local tomatoes and an abundance of spring fruit and vegetables, he creates an Asparagus & Egg Brunch with an Anchoiade dressing. At the same time, he shows Luke how to make a Breakfast Panzanella Salad.
