The market is now overflowing with delicious stone fruit. We’ve got the BEST Cherries available, though prices are high—expect them to drop as the season progresses. New season Apricots are here, and Mangoes are in peak supply!

With stone fruit looking great throughout Summer, it’s the perfect time to add them to your menu.

STONE FRUIT

The local stone fruit season has officially kicked off, with new season Peaches and Nectarines now available. As the season progresses, expect the quality and sweetness of these fruits to improve beautifully, offering a delicious addition to your spring & summer menus.

ASPARAGUS

Asparagus moves into peak season over the coming month and to celebrate this we have the loose Asparagus box on special for just $25/box over the next fortnight. It’s the perfect time to stock up!

White Asparagus has also just started arriving in limited quantities, offering a unique option for your dishes.

SPRING HAS SPRUNG

Spring has sprung, and with it comes a surge in the supply of fresh produce, leading to better prices and exceptional quality. Local produce is abundant, especially Broad Beans, which we have on special for the next fortnight!

LOCAL ZUCCHINI FLOWERS

Local Zucchini Flowers will be in good supply for the next two weeks! Perfect for stuffing and frying.

The arrival of warmer weather has brought some seasonal produce to the forefront earlier than usual, including Thick Asparagus from Victoria, Romanesco, Sugar Snaps and Sugarloaf Cabbage, all of which are on special for the next two weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to feature these fresh, seasonal ingredients in your dishes!

Cape Gooseberries are a delightful South American delicacy with a unique blend of sweet and tart flavour. They are great for desserts, sauces, salads, and chutneys, plus they are on special for $40 per kilo for the next fortnight chef!
